Easy Easter Crafts for Kids To Make

Easter is one time of year when I get excited about doing crafts. This may be because crafts are usually centered around beautiful bright colors and bunnies. Plus, Oriental Trading has very simple Easter crafts for the kids to do with me, and they ALL get eager to do them.

This year we got even easier crafts to do compared to the 4 Easter crafts for kids from last year. I was cutting it close on time and didn’t want to miss out on seeing their proud faces from doing crafts.

Easter Place Mat Craft Kit

I love this craft because I could give the kids their supplies and let them decorate their eggs any way they saw fit. They didn’t need any guidance from me to know exactly what to do.

Handprint Bunny Keepsake Craft Kit

This handprint bunny keepsake craft kit requires some guidance. That means Granny Lee will have to help them with this craft. However, she hasn’t had a good day health wise in a while. So, the kids haven’t had a chance to do this one yet. However, it’s rather easy, but I don’t have patience enough to deal with Zeva and paint yet. (I know my limits!)

Color Your Own Fuzzy Easter Egg Wreaths

I love wreaths. I may not use them very often, but I do love to admire them on other people’s doors. These fuzzy Easter egg wreaths can be colored in many different ways. We used colored gel pens. You can use paint, tissue paper, and so many other things. I like the fact that the kids can use their own creativity.

Silent Reminder

My kids are like many others and are looking forward to the Easter Egg Hunts and all the candy they get. However, I want them to continue to remember the reason for the Easter holiday. That’s why I like the Pastel “He Lives!” Pencils for them to use during this time of year.

Which of these easy Easter crafts for kids would your family be more inclined to do?

  2. So fun – we also love crafts at easter – it’s a fun way to add the time off from school and it can keep me from doing the tradition egg dying (egg allergies…)

    • I’m sorry to hear you have egg allergies. That has to be a bit rough to deal with this time of year (well really, anytime.)
I am not usually a crafty type person, but at Easter it gives me the itch.

    • I didn’t even think about the fact that do double as keepsake items, but you’re right. Maybe that’s why I like them so much.

  4. I just loved seeing your adorable kiddos with their Easter crafts! Brought back such great memories of Easter crafting with mine. Nothing like coloring Easter eggs. I’m embarrassed to say I still do on my own, lol! #HomeMattersParty

    • Don’t be embarrassed to say you still do your own! It’s a great thing that you’re taking the time to let your other creative juices flow! (Of course, I’m an adult coloring addict, so I may be defending my passion too.)
