I’ve shared my passion for horses with you on many occasions. There are plenty of times when I snatch up books that involve horses and romance. I decided to take advantage of my Amazon Prime 
membership benefit of renting one book a month. I decided to get Thoroughbreds and Trailer Trash
because it looked like a good read. Boy am I glad I did! I literally was up until 2:30am this morning finishing it up because I couldn’t wait to find out what happened.
This is about a man who comes to an equine center to and takes over running the business. He comes into this place like a bulldozer. His first employee he meets is Jenna, and she is full of fire. She has one major secret to hide from, and all throughout the book it’s filled with people who could have spilled her secret to him. You never know when that secret is going to be revealed. Your on the edge of the seat wondering what’s going to happen when he does find out.
This is about horses, but not as much as it is about romance. It’s a nice combination of them both in my book. I was seeking a great book that would capture my attention, and this one definitely did the trick.
This book has mystery, suspense, drama, a tiny bit of sexual scenes, and romance all rolled into one. It definitely proves that regardless of what “side of the tracks” your from, the heart will choose who it wants to love regardless of what you feel or think. I was crying at the end because I could relate to everything Jenna felt concerning matters of the heart and independence. It’s a case of I love this book so much I could literally tell you every detail of the book because I remembered ALL of it. So, it’s hard to write a wonderful review on it because I keep wanting to “spill the beans.”
