Poptropica: Forgotten Island Review

I got a game called Poptropica: Forgotten Island to review. Poptropica: Forgotten Island is where you’re exploring other islands while riding a blimp. Poptropica: Forgotten Islands ir?t=tidbitofexp 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B00N1O2A1Y is a game for kids ages 6-12 primarily, but I can see older people playing it too.

The way you move around from island to island and on the islands is by using your joy stick. While you’re on these islands there are missions and jobs for you to complete. These missions and jobs give you money to buy clothing.

My Review of Poptropica: Forgotten Island

I like that you can just go from island to island without anything stopping you. You are able to get cannons to blow up big rocks that are in your way. You can get building instructions to make all kinds of stuff. I like that you can get artifacts.

I don’t like that you can’t buy the upgrades, but instead you have to find them. I personally don’t like doing things for other people in the game because I don’t get anything for it. The last thing I don’t like is that you can’t fight the monsters that you find. All the giants you’re supposed to be looking for are already dead, and I would have enjoyed seeing them alive.

You can watch this video to gain a bit more information about it. I’m sure your kids would enjoy having this under their Christmas tree as a gift for them. I know a couple of Moms would also have fun playing this game in their spare time.

This game is good for people that like adventures. The game is available on Amazon ir?t=tidbitofexp 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B00N1O2A1Y for $29.99. You can also check out the Poptropica website for more information and play an online version of a Poptropica game. Poptropica is also available for play on iPads and iPhones too.

Have your kids played it yet?

I'm Johnny. I have a loving family with parents Dale and Crystal, and friends! My favorite fitness activity is rock climbing, but I love playing video games with my parents too. Science is one of my favorite subjects in school because it's so interesting to me. One day I hope to become an astronaut!

  1. Anything “Island” would get my attention. Seems less violent maybe since not doing fighting of live monsters. My daughter used to play Zelda- A-LOT!
