Orange is the New Black Season 4 News

There are a few shows that I consider my indulgences on Netflix. I look forward to these series starting again with each new season. Orange is the New Black is one of them! As a part of the Netflix Stream Team,  I got to watch the first six episodes of it early. I was quick to dive into watching these shows.

I was having to sneak and watch them because I’m not about to watch this show anywhere near my kids! I couldn’t wait for them to go to bed, but I assure you I waited until their normal bed times to send them to bed.

My husband was laughing at me trying to scrape little bits and pieces of the show without the kids knowing it. (You know how it is when you have kids always being curious what you’re doing All.The.Time!

Yes, it comes back on in full on June 17th!

I’ll be right there eager to watch the rest of the season with everyone else. Due to data issues, I can’t indulge in the rest of the series until after 12 AM EST here, but this is one show well worth staying up for.

My Review of First 6 Episodes

There is a lot of graphic stuff in this show that is not for those who are sensitive to these kinds of things. To be honest, the storyline feels completely different for Season 4. There’s definitely a shift in who the series is focused on now. For me, that was a bit of a letdown, but after talking it over with my mother-in-law (whom I got her hooked on this series too) I actually began to appreciate that detail about this series. The tagline for this season is certainly fitting.

I do count down to this series. However, I’m still eagerly waiting for Netflix to get the new season of Wentworth! That is by far my favorite series I’ve ever gotten hooked on Netflix.

Are you counting down to see Orange is the New Black again?

This post was sponsored by Netflix, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
