I was given two amazing stands to review from Shoplet.com. I was super excited to get these items in the mail.
I was not disappointed in anyway. These stands are perfect additions to our classroom. I literally have used them quite often since we’ve received them.
In fact, I had Delbert using this handy dandy Fellowes Document lift with dry erase surface one day in class, and my mother-in-law came over and saw it. She HAD to have it to use for her quilting projects so bad that she convinced Delbert to give it up and get him a different type of stand. I will tell you though, it is a stand that becomes sorely missed when you don’t have it after you’ve owned it!!
As you can see from this picture, this clipboard can be put vertically or horizontally. The clip holds up to 15 sheets of paper too.It doesn’t require any tools to put it together either.
I love the fact that I can make notes on the dry erase board and display it and my son can just look at the information while he’s working. A prime example is writing out his spelling words and other notes he needs to write down.
Granted, I have a big huge dry erase board in our living room/classroom, but it’s nice to have the material right there in front of you so that he didn’t have to strain his eyes to see it. Plus if he wanted to he could put the information next to him. Not to mention, he loved being able to erase his information and drawing on it quietly while he waited on his next assignment.
The other cool item we got to review was the Fellowes Laptop Riser. Now this was the item I was looking forward to getting the most until the package got here, and then it was a huge toss up between which item I liked most.
The Fellows Laptop Riser has come in handy when I want to quickly show something to the boys without having to turn my TV on and hook up the cable. It’s just a matter of propping my laptop on this neat little stand.
It is also very easy to move around, and it’s portable too. I like the fact that it’s not big and bulky. I feel it enhances my abilities to do one on one presentations with the kids. It gives the student more of the sense that they are in lessons instead of having the chance to goof off more.
Both of these items have been such a joy to review. I will definitely be getting another Fellowes Document lift with dry erase board back in our home because we loved having it, and there was so many uses for it.
However, my mother-in-law is worth this special item! Despite our drama, she means the world to me.
These items would be quite useful in many other settings too. I’m just telling you how I’ve used them and how they have made my life much easier. You can get these items and many other office supplies from Shoplet.
What uses can you see for these products in your life?
Disclosure: I did receive these products for review in exchange for an honest blog review, but that in no way shaped my opinion of these products.
