Epic Movie Review

We rented the movie Epic ir?t=tidbitofexp 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B00CWM5MDY from Netflix yesterday. We didn’t actually watch movies until late last night because we got to spend time with my brother for the first time in YEARS yesterday. He literally had never had the chance to see his niece and nephews. So, yesterday was all about spending time with him. I hope you forgive the delay in getting you the movie review for the week.

We spent the day outside having a good time playing various physical activities. My brother has always been the sports person in my family. I do declare he really is not doing his calling, which is being a coach of some kind. He is great with kids too. My kids had a field day with him all day long yesterday. I loved watching him and the kids playing all day.

He was teaching them the various things that the kids could do while they are outside together that was more constructive than doing stupid stunts. I personally lack creativity thinking, and love the fact that he did that.

It was wonderful having the chance to catch up with him. I hope that we don’t have to be separated as long this time around. However, when your brother is a traveling man who explores all over the place it’s hard to catch him in a down time.

Now on to the wonderful movie review of the week….

I was honestly in a wonderful live session so I wasn’t really watching the movie per say, but the kids and my brother were watching it. They loved the movie.

[Tweet “Epic is a cross between Ferngully and Avatar. Competes well against Brave! #moviereview”]

My brother described Epic as a cross between Avatar ir?t=tidbitofexp 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B008XBCJ34 and FernGully: The Last Rainforest (Family Fun Edition)ir?t=tidbitofexp 20&l=as2&o=1&a=B000A9QK78. I loved the graphics myself. The little bits of the movie that I did get to see was rather enjoyable. It was hard to not stay focused on the movie and not my conference.

I have heard many people say that it is right up there with the movie Brave. I can definiely see it too.

I recommend this movie for any family. It kept everyone entertained last night after our wonderful day outside.

Have you seen this movie? What is your opinion of it?
