On Sentimental Journey, the multi-talented actress and singer brings her stellar voice to songs popularized by some of the most beloved artists of the last century. This CD definitely reminds me of my mom listening to her old records while we were cleaning the house. They definitely have chosen the perfect name for this CD. It personally pulls at my heart strings because of the memories that it stirs within me. Can I say I’d like to listen to this CD on regular bases?? No. It is not my type of music on regular bases.
Rossum is also an acclaimed actress who currently stars in the Showtime series Shameless with William H. Macy. She also stars alongside Emma Thompson and Viola Davis in the upcoming feature film Beautiful Creatures, which hits theaters on February 13th. Now I am personally looking forward to seeing Beautiful Creatures!!! What about you??
