Easter 2012

Easter is honestly starting to become one of my favorite holidays. I LOVE the fact that Jesus resurrected and proved that God exists and loves us enough to have gave his son for our sins.

However, for the past two years I’ve had the great pleasure of enjoying a total complete day with my family!!! Last year we had our annual easter egg hunt, and the entire family played baseball. This year we all went to church together (and boy was it PACKED.) Then we came home had a small lunch and relaxed for a little bit. Then we did our annual easter egg hunt, and the eggs were hid a bit better this year so it took longer for the boys to find them all. (Of course, Delbert found that majority of them.) Then we got to ride four wheelers for HOURS. We even stopped a friends house and convinced them to get on their golf cart and ride with us. The weather was perfect, and we had lots of smiles and laughter!!!! Then we came home and I cooked one of the best meatloafs I’ve ever made with home made mashed potatoes and green beans. Now I’m getting ready to go relax in a tub, and watch my shows.

I do declare I couldn’t have asked for a better day!!
