101 Kids Activities That Are The Bestest, Funnest Ever! Book Review

I was given 101 Kids Activities That Are the Bestest, Funnest Ever!: The Entertainment Solution for Parents, Relatives & Babysitters! to review in exchange for an honest blog review. That in no way shaped my opinion of this book.

101 Kids Activities That Are the Bestest, Funnest Ever!: The Entertainment Solution for Parents, Relatives & Babysitters! is so much more than just another book filled with activities that you see everywhere. It’s filled with many ideas of things you can do for your kids that are ‘out of the norm.’ I love the ideas that they gave me to do for and with my kids.

They have given me ideas of things to create for the kids out of things we already have in the house. If we don’t have them then we can easily afford to get the materials we need to make them. (When you’re crunching pennies that is always a huge plus.)

One of the things that I loved most and can see my kids spending hours doing was the Sticky-Note Pom-pom Maze.

There are so many other ideas that I know my kids will love doing too. This book is divided into four sections: Boredom Busters, Crafts, Games, and Simple Science. Boredom Busters to me are simple things they can do to break a monotonous situation. The Crafts are just that things they can create. Games are really awesome things they can create and then play against someone else or by themselves. The Simple Science teaches them the hows and whys of how things work.

This book is well worth getting. I recommend it for anyone who has or works with small kids. It’s perfect for summer vacations. It will actually give you something to do each day of your summer break. Your kids will love doing these things with you or by themselves.

I'm Crystal. I'm married to Dale, and mother to Johnny. Some might say that my life is perfect because I get to do all the cliché wife things like cooking, cleaning, and decorating - but there's more! I also have many hobbies including needlework (crochet), sewing, and reading. My son's education is important, so we homeschool him together.
