Journaling Bible ESV Review and Giveaway

I have a small collection of Bibles starting to form. I am enjoying the various aspects that each Bible adds to my time spent in the Word. I have my trusted Bible that is filled with notes all over the pages and loads of verses highlighted. For as much as I love that Bible, I am always struggling to put notes in it where I can fully understand them when I come back to those sections. I was pleased to have the chance to review the ESV Journaling Bible thanks to FlyBy Promotions for that very reason.

My Review

I like the fact that I can now easily add notes to my Bible. This will allow me to be able to keep my preacher’s key points for each verse in one location. I like the fact that I can use it as a reference point. I also feel the ESV Journaling Bible would be great to pass down to future generations once I add in my notes from the lessons I’ve learned.

I personally am in deep love with devotional style Bibles. I do miss that feature from this Bible. I also wish that font was a bit bigger. I usually can read with ease, but I find this font to be smaller than I expected.

I like the fact that they did include God’s Plan to Save You in the back of the Bible. I found that to be a nice feature that I haven’t seen in another Bible before. It certainly helps me to be able to understand His plan even more than I did before.

There is also a One-Year Bible Reading Plan in the back for easy reference too. I have yet to manage to read the Bible in one year, but it is on my list of things to do!
