I jumped at the chance to review this movie due to the fact that I’m a fan of Kevin Costner. I enjoy watching his inspirational movies quite a bit. This movie follows novice runners as they get trained by Coach Jim White (Kevin Costner.) Kevin is the white guy teaching primarily Latino students. There is a case of culture differences. Plus there are other things that have to be dealt with too.

There wasn’t enough drama and action to keep me overly entertained. I expected more from a movie that had Kevin Costner in it. It was still a good movie to watch.

This is a pretty good movie.
I like watching Kevin Costner movies a lot too. There are a lot of coaching down and out sport team movies- guess it is a trend. I am happy you did the review so I know what this movie is when it becomes available. Great review.
I think many people are suffering with self-esteem issues across America. I think these movies are made to fix.
