Max Movie Review

I finally got the chance to watch the movie, Max. I have been eager to see it ever since I saw the first preview of it. Ironically enough, we named our latest puppy we’ve gotten Max, and of course, that added to our desire to see this movie. The movie Max appealed to me a lot because my first dog I ever owned named Noel took a bullet for me when I was 13 years old and if it hadn’t been for her and my horse I’d be dead now. When it comes to military animals, I know full well their importance.

Max is a family friendly movie that will capture your attention early on. It’s an action-drama type of movie. The main character and Max are on a quest to stop bad guys from doing things they shouldn’t be doing. They put themselves in some very risky positions for teenagers.

As a mother of a preteen, my heart was raising throughout the entire movie with the concern of the safety of these teens and thinking so many thoughts about if that was my son doing these things. Yet, at the same time due to my own experience with animal protection I was confident that they would pull through the entire ordeal. This movie focuses a lot on how Max helped these kids and their family.

It was a wonderful tribute to the military dogs that have served and died in duty. Although, I love to see troops honored and remembered. It’s nice to see the military dogs also being honored for their time and dedication to serving our country.

If you’re looking for a quality family movie, then be sure to add Max to your list of movies to watch.

If you saw it already, what were your thoughts of it?
