Lose Weight/Get Healthy For 2013
Every year I have been going on the quest to lose weight. However, one thing has ALWAYS been in the back of my mind, and that was the fact that one day I planned on having another baby. I can no longer use that as an excuse. I definitely want to make 2013 a better year for our family in all ways.
I have just been given the greatest pleasure of being able to review eMeals.com for the next year so that I can tell you all about it! I got my first weekly meal plan. There are going to have to be some adjustments made between what Del and I both are allergic too, but it definitely helps broaden up my mind to more creative and healthier meal choices.
Like any new changes, there are definitely going to be some “losing” pains in our household. We are all going to feel like we are losing some of our favorite meals and the freedom to be lazy far more than we should be. However, we will be “growing” as a family into a new and improved year.
I love this chart because it tells me the amount of calories everyone is suppose to be eating everyday based on their ages and the amount of activity that they are doing in a day. Plus it also gives me a range to work with.

Who wants to challenge me on this quest to lose weight?? I have to lose 150 pounds to reach my normal weight size that I was at prior to having ANY kids.
Special note: I may be comfortable and even “safe” with having my body at a size 18 clothes, but it is NOT healthy. I have three kids who I want to see grow up and I do want to be able to get on their nerves over their own kids. 🙂
