I received all of the below movies in exchange for an honest blog review. That in no way shaped my opinion of these shows.
Power Rangers Zero Volume Two
Power Rangers has been around for many years now. I can remember watching them many years ago. I thought they were good quality shows then. I love the fact that the characters work together as a team to make a positive difference in the world around them.
From the Press:
The fearsome empire full of robots is menacing enough to scare Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa into fleeing with their forces, abandoning the Moon to these metallic conquerors. Joined by their bratty offspring Prince Sprocket, King Mondo and Queen Machina command a fearless army of Cogs, relentless robots dedicated to their masters’ evil plans to dominate the universe. With the discovery of powerful ZeoCrystals, the crime-fighters utilize their new Zeo powers to save Zordon and Alpha 5 from certain decimation.
The Ranger team continues to expand when the mysterious gold Power Ranger, Trey of the planet Triforia, arrives on Earth to fight the Machine Empire. When Trey falls in battle, it’s up to the original leader of the Power Rangers, Jason, to don the gold Ranger powers and harness the enormous Zord Pyramidas. Now armed with greater powers than ever before, new uniforms and their new Zeonizers, the Zeo Rangers are a virtual army capable of fighting the mindless robotic legions of the Machine Empire.
Following its debut in 1993, Saban’s iconic live-action pop culture series, Power Rangers quickly became the most watched children’s television program in North America. Emphasizing the importance of teamwork, responsibility and helping others by following the adventures of a group of ordinary young people who “morphed” into superheroes, this long-running series has been seen in more than 60 countries, translated into numerous languages, and remains a mainstay in children’s programming blocks. For 20 years, the highly entertaining saga and fan favorite characters fromPower Rangers have captivated children and adults alike and are beloved by legions of fans worldwide.
This DVD is jammed packed with many wonderful shows filled with adventure that will keep your kids and even you entertained during theses cold wintery days.

This show did NOT disappoint my boys in anyway. They loved it just as much as they have all the rest. Delbert was even more involved in this one because his buddy Bumblebee was the star.
Raise The Titanic

From Amazon’s site:
Join the underwater race to salvage the Titanic and its vital defense cargo. Adapted from Clive Cussler’s international best-seller, the story follows the exploits of American special agent Dirk Pitt as he sets out to recover vital material from the Titanic which could make the US impregnable to atomic attack. The ship is down too deep for divers and the only solution is to raise it. The incredible project must be managed in absolute secrecy because of deadly interference from a rival nation. The Titanic is finally, and majestically, brought to the surface — but the vital, rare mineral is missing…
Del had already seen this movie a long time ago, and still remembered it from then. He stated it is a good movie and one worth watching again. He watched it again for me, and stated that it’s just as good as he remembered. He stated it’s good for those history/sci-fi buffs like himself that enjoy these types of movies.
Have you ever seen Raise The Titanic?
My 6 year-old is obsessed with The Power Rangers, so I will definitely check that movie out for her! :)-Ashley
Ashley,
It’s a great series for them to watch that’s for sure.
I remember the original Power Rangers and Transformers, hard to believe so many years later they are still super popular. I think I’ve seen “Raise the Titanic” before, I’m a little Titanic obsessed so it would be a good guess.
Cool. I have to agree with you that it is amazing that they are as popular as they are even today especially since they have survived through many generations.
