About One Way Love
Real life is long on law and short on grace—the demands never stop, the failures pile up, and fear sets in. Life requires many things from us—a stable marriage, successful children, a certain quality of life. Anyone living inside the guilt, anxiety, and uncertainty of daily life knows that the weight of life is heavy. We are all in need of some relief.  Bestselling author Tullian Tchividjian is convinced our world needs a fresh encounter with grace.

My Review:
This book was actually quite enjoyable to read. I also felt it went well with the Praying for the Addicted book I was also reviewing. It reminded me about the grace that God has given us. I personally feel we put way more pressure on ourselves than we have to. In turn, it leads to us doing somethings that we regret. This book is definitely one worth reading especially if you feel overly pressured to perform by every angle.

Blogging Tips
I have noticed that a lot of newbie bloggers are entering the blogging world lately hoping to make money. It can be done, but it takes a lot of work and dedication. It doesn’t happen overnight.
I’m still learning stuff daily too. I am currently trying to take the time to properly set up my Adsense account. It’s rather time consuming, but definitely something I feel is well worth investing the time in.
I also am learning just how valuable my time is spent on commenting on other’s blogs. I have not only made wonderful new friends, but I also have noticed that I’ve been getting traffic increases from it too. I have always known this fact, but it has really become evident since I really put my fingers to work. It helps if you take advantage of visiting CommentLuv blogs in your niche. The CommentLuv plugin allows others who have a website to log their information in the comment section. It’s a very valuable tool for sure.
The biggest thing I’d love all newbie and even veteran bloggers to remember to stay true to YOU. Don’t let the 4 things that can kill your creativity interfere with your success.
I’m actually going to be bombarding you with loads of posts in the months to come because there is just so much to share with you as we go into the holiday season. I hope you’ll enjoy all the information as much as I’m enjoying obtaining it for you.
Blog Love
My Tidbits Thursday from last week did not feel even remotely close to complete without my Blog Love bit.
Lately I’ve been looking for any way I can get a laugh out. I truly need it because I feel overwhelmed with everything on my plate right now. So, I had to go to one of my favorite blogger’s page and catch up on all the posts she writes to give me that laugh release. I haven’t come across a post on her site that hasn’t made me leave it feeling so much better! I can’t forget to tell you about a marriage that is destined to happen regardless of a fart that was very deadly.Â
I also read a blog post that touched my heart in ways I can’t even begin to express. I know what it’s like to give up a child, but it can’t be anything like losing a child to death. At least I have the hope of one day seeing and hugging my first born again. This woman made me remember just how much a blessing my three kids constant chatter is compared to the quiet moments I claim I long for.
Tidbits of Our Life
Del was off yesterday for the first time in forever. Despite being exhausted and tired, he still wanted to do something for US. He decided it would be neat to rearrange our house so that the kids could have a playroom away from ME while I’m working. Plus he also put me a desk in the living room complete with a desktop computer so that I’m not forced to be on my laptop all the time. Lately, I’ve been finding out that having two computer screens is better than one when you’re doing certain things. It’s nice to be able to tell the kids to go to the playroom. It’s also nicer on my feet not having to step on toys every time I turn around. That playroom looks like a tornado hit it, but it’s suppose to!
I have been doing loads of online screen shopping lately. I love to go window shopping all year long, but to do any serious window shopping for me I have to drive an hour away. I have been requesting catalogs like a mad woman. I’ve already told you about my favorite holiday shopping place.
I found another website that offers many things from various companies in one location. Montgomery Ward is a remarkable site that has many awesome things on it. They have one a Tur-Duc-Hen item that looks absolutely delicious. They also have other items that are on our wish list for our family too.
So tell me how has your week been?Â
