Playstation 4 Thoughts

I’ve made it clear that we are huge video gamers in this household! Today has been all about E3 live events. We’ve made sure that we pre-ordered both the PS4 and the XBOX One.

Here’s what the Playstation 4 looks like.

My first reaction was that it reminded me of the very first Playstation. I  have so many games added to my list to order. I can tell now that after November 2013, it’s going to be all about video games. I’ve been literally chanting, “Odd World, Odd World” like a little kid. Even my wife has seen some games that interest her too.

Features of Playstation 4

I won’t lie, I personally got wrapped up in the features that the Playstation 4 is going to offer. I love the ability to watch unlimited movies and shows from Sony Pictures. I was also intrigued by the unlimited music play since we LOVE music here too. We are huge Netflix users as well (when we have the Internet availability–which after school and work related activities– we don’t always have it to spare.)

PS4 will allow used games to play on the PS4. We don’t have to be connected to the Internet to play. You can trade your games or do whatever you want with them after you buy them. PS4 does not have to be connected to the Internet every 24 hours. There will be no activation codes. Although, if you do want to connect with your friends through social media while playing you can. You can also enjoy many benefits with Playstation Plus membership for less than $5.00 a month.

Speaking of online play, Del has gotten hooked to playing with friends online with Defiance as Nor. We have to wait until after midnight EST time for him to play. So, if you want to join him feel free.

I won’t lie…. I’m really eager to see both the XBox One and the PS4 in our home when they come out. Now, if we can find UNLIMITED Internet in our home we’d be totally set!

What are your thoughts on the Playstation 4 or the Xbox One?

Hi, I'm Dale. Some of the things I like to do are box, lift weights, and spend time with my beautiful wife Crystal. I also enjoy watching shows on Netflix or playing video games with my son when I can find some free time.
