From the Heart of A Woman: Love Letters to My Lord- Book Review

q? encoding=UTF8&ASIN=B0062Y58YG&Format= SL110 &ID=AsinImage&MarketPlace=US&ServiceVersion=20070822&WS=1&tag=tidbitofexp 20This book was quite pleasant to read. I literally felt like I was reading someone’s journal while I was reading it. I felt like I was seeing windows to this woman’s soul. While reading it, I felt like I was reading something my mom would have wrote in her final year of life. This book has a way of making a fellow Jesus lover feel an even closer bond with him than they already had. They will also have a different view point about their time spent with him.

If your not a Jesus follower, this book will actually seem quite odd to you. You won’t understand the author’s purpose and you won’t understand the feelings behind the author’s love letters. I honestly don’t feel this book is going to make a non-believer want to draw closer to Jesus at all. If anything it will scare them away.

Overall, I’d say this book was a 3 out of 5 stars. I got this book through Booksneeze.com to review. It did not affect my opinion of this book any way.

I review for BookSneeze®How would you feel about reading love letters between someone else and Jesus??

I'm Crystal. I'm married to Dale, and mother to Johnny. Some might say that my life is perfect because I get to do all the cliché wife things like cooking, cleaning, and decorating - but there's more! I also have many hobbies including needlework (crochet), sewing, and reading. My son's education is important, so we homeschool him together.
