Ecocentric Mom Box Review

I was given the chance to review the Ecocentric Mom Box in exchange for an honest review, but I assure you all thoughts and opinions are my own.

I don’t get a whole lot of things for myself that I truly want. I choose to get things for the kids and Del first. This was on product I was looking forward to getting in the mail. It came with more products in it than I was expecting. It is filled with over $100.00 worth of products.

Stuff in Ecocentric Mom Box for October

Cocoa Soft Eyeliner Pencil

This eyeliner pencil is made from plant-based “nutruaceuticals”.  The “FlowerColor Eyeliner contained flower-wax-enriched formulas to prevent moisture from migrating from the skin.” I loved the color of the eyeliner that they sent me. It went on smoothly and easily. You can find out more about their products by visiting their website at http://www.eccobella.com .

Silk Nourishing Moisturizer

I got a Silk Therapeutics Moisturizer to try out. I personally liked how it isn’t oily to use and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized for quite some times. “Silk Nourishing Moisturizer delivers pure liquid silk blended with hyaluronic acid, antioxdants, and vitamin E to nourish skin and diminish the signs of aging.” You can find out more about their products by visiting http://www.silktherapeutics.com .

Smart Cookies

We got a bag of Smart Cookies to try. They made with organic fruits and veggies. We personally did NOT like these at all! However, there are plenty of people who would find them to be delicious. You can find out more about their products by visiting http://www.bitsysbrainfood.com.

Hemp Hearts

I was excited to give Hemp Hearts a try. According to the description, it’s good for adding to salads, cereal, or yogurt or in baking. They claim you can also just eat them out of the bag, which is what I tried to do. I can honestly say I didn’t find any flavor in eating them. Since I had never heard of Hemp Hearts, I had to do some research on them. Supposedly there is a lot of benefits to adding them to your daily diet. They are supposed to help with keeping you from overly eating and maintaining higher energy. You can find out more about Hemp Hearts http://www.manitobaharvest.com .

Organic Lip Balm

Lasting Smiles® Organic Lip Balm is a wonderful product that is made from “pure ingredients from small scale global farming cooperatives.” Also for every purchase of this products, they help fund a cleft lip surgery. You can find out more about this product at http://www.lastingsmilecare.com.

Mint Chocolate Ellovi Butter

The Ellovi butter is made from “six wildly harvested ingredients so pure you can eat them.” This honestly felt like I was putting mint chocolate smelling butter on my skin. It left my skin feeling and looking very oily. I honestly feel like they just added flavoring oil to make butter smell like mint chocolate. If you want shiny looking skin this product is sure to do that. You can find out more about their products by visiting http://www.ellovi.com .

Logo a Go Go Towel

These little People Towels are like small hand towels that are “made with 100% organic Fair Trade Cotton.” I love the fact that this towel is reusable. It has a little hangtag on the back that allows it to be easily hung on different things. You can find out more information about this product by visiting http://www.peopletowels.com .

Crystal

I'm Crystal. I'm married to Dale, and mother to Johnny. Some might say that my life is perfect because I get to do all the cliché wife things like cooking, cleaning, and decorating - but there's more! I also have many hobbies including needlework (crochet), sewing, and reading. My son's education is important, so we homeschool him together.
