My One Beauty Product Love

I spent the majority of my life being a tomboy! I hardly ever wear makeup. My hair doesn’t get styled unless it’s up in a ponytail. I love it when someone else puts it into a french braid or does other fancy things with it. However, as I age it seems I have become vainer about my appearance. I’ve been doing a lot of beauty product reviews lately on[easyazon_link identifier=”B004GJDQT8″ locale=”US” tag=”tidbitofexp-20″]Amazon[/easyazon_link]. Then I saw the chance to try out Julep Welcome Kit and fell in love!!

I love to have my nails done nicely. It makes me feel more feminine. Plus I also tend to work faster and more productively on my computer. My one luxury item that I truly enjoy is getting a trip to the spa for a manicure and pedicure. Granted I don’t get to do that often, but when I do it’s well worth every penny I spend on it.

Now though, I have the advantage of making my nails look and feel stunning right at home. Julep has even given me a nail art tutorial to watch and make my nails stylish. I’m truly inspired. I can’t wait to get my next kit to try some of these tips and tricks!

I was so happy with my nail polish that I couldn't wait to share it with others. Just check out my Instagram feed to see how beautiful Julep Nail Polish looks right after I put it on. They also have other beauty products that help make us look stunning.

  1. I’ve always been one for pretty nail art but just can’t do it myself. This certainly makes it look easy. Will have to give it a try. Thanks so much for sharing.

    • This does make it look truly simple. Oh yea, on Wish.com there is a lot of fun neat nail art kits that truly would make nail art fun and easy. If I can get my nails to grow out again soon I’m going to take advantage of those deals.

  2. Nail Art would be so great to learn. I like doing my nails too and it has been far too long since I had a trip to the nail shop. I never heard of Julep so I am happy to know about it and may try to get some asap.

    • Their colors are sharp and last on the nails (and for me that’s an achievement.) I like their lipstick. I thought the color was brighter than I normally wear, but it still looked good and lasted!

  3. I’ve always loved doing nail art and this looks like a really simple way to do it, might just have to give it a go! Jen XOXO #TwinklyTuesday

    • I’d love to see your fingernails when you’re done doing them. I haven’t gotten bold enough to attempt to do this. It does look simple in this tutorial though.

Thank you for stopping by and commenting. I hope to see you again soon.

    • I only heard about it from fellow bloggers. I don’t know if they service other countries, but it would be nice if they did. I love Julep products!
