Make Sure You’re Prepared with #PoiseLinerLove

As women we are always on the run in some form or fashion! I don’t know about you, but I try to be prepared for everything. I’ve revealed the embarrassing truth  about my own personal leakage issues. As a result, I make sure that I have what I need to be protected against it. Poise Liners help make that happen! Poise Liners are reasonably priced liners at Walmart. They offer loads of protection against life’s little incidents. They are also comfortable to wear too. I can’t even tell they are there. For me that secret protection goes a long way to providing me even more security.

Tips for Controlling Light Bladder Leakage

    • Maintain a healthy weight (excess weight places pressure on the bladder)
    • Work on Kegel exercises (this is something that is recommended after giving birth regardless.) It also helps other areas of your life too.
    • Use the bathroom before any activities (it’s annoying I know to have to use the bathroom before you do anything fun, but it helps a lot.)
    • Make sure fiber is a part of your daily diet to ensure you don’t become constipated
    • limit caffeine and alcohol
    • Smoking leads to a desire to use the bathroom more

I'm Crystal. I'm married to Dale, and mother to Johnny. Some might say that my life is perfect because I get to do all the cliché wife things like cooking, cleaning, and decorating - but there's more! I also have many hobbies including needlework (crochet), sewing, and reading. My son's education is important, so we homeschool him together.
