Now that spring is here, I’m on the lookout for things to enjoy eating that are lighter weight meals. The big heavy thick meals of wintertime no longer hold any appeal. I’m personally not a huge fan of Horseradish sauce, but the cheddar cheese part has me intrigued. The Turkey Breast and Horseradish Cheddar Cheese sandwich is made up of their “intense turkey breast that combines an authentic spice blend and paprika to provide a bold, one-of-a-kind blackened flavor sensation and their bold flavor horseradish that livens up any sandwich.” I can picture this on some sweet sour dour wheat bread, with some tangy sauce of some kind, crisp lettuce and tomatoes. It just makes my mouth water thinking about it.

All you have to do to enter is go to their Facebook page and click on the Boldest Bracket Challenge button. Once you do, you can vote between the two flavors of the day to enter to win many different prizes. When I went to the page, my opinions were between the Spicy Southwestern Turkey Panini and The Leviathan. I choose the Spicy Southwestern Turkey Panini. It looks like my type of sandwich filled with spicy taste bud tangling sensations.

My husband works for Boar’s Head and I worked there for four years so I know just how delicious their products are!! I’ll have to check out the bracket challenge, sounds fun!

That Spicy Southwestern Turkey Panini looks pretty darn good! I love paninis, and was on a huge panini kick for quite awhile last year.
I don’t get to eat them that often because my family isn’t fond of them, but I have to agree this sandwich does look really good!
