As a family we watch as many of the live conference E3 events as we can with the available Internet data we have allotted to us. It’s always nice to find out about the latest updates that Sony and Microsoft are doing with their systems. This year Microsoft made an announcement that all XBOX One game systems are going to be backwards compatible (meaning you can play Xbox 360 games on it too.) I was thrilled to hear that. Sony announced their new Project Morpheus virtual headset. These games caught our eyes during the #E32015 event.

Which video game (s) are you and your family looking forward to getting?
LOL, I am so out of the loop -all I know is what my kids play and that is Pokemon, Sonic or Mario. I need to try some of these.
Some of these games I wouldn’t recommend for a kid who hasn’t been raised up with seeing mature style games. My kids play them, but they have been raised up watching me play my games and know that there is a huge difference between fiction and reality.
Wow these are so realistic. My brother is definitely into these games!
My wife says that some of my games make her feel like she’s watching a movie played out as I play them. With each passing year, the games become more realistic looking.
My son and hubby are big gamers and they were excited about this list. I honestly have never heard of most of them but they look like great games:-)

I’ve got five boys and they want almost all of these games! We have a game stop five minutes away and I ry to take them to a lot of the midnight launches.

I bet my son is pumped for the Final Fantasy remake. He used to play every one of those games over and over.
Final Fantasy is an addicting game and a lot of fun. I’ve enjoyed all of them.
DEFINITELY Halo and Gears of War! My son and hubby love those ones!
I am a huge fan of Halo games too. I have many of the collectors items from this game. I like Gears of War, but my step-father really enjoys it.
Well one thing I’m willing to admit I know nothing about is video games. I have no understanding of the things you mentioned. But I bet my kids would agree with most of these games being “must haves”.

I’m sure these choices would make any hard core gamer ecstatic!. I have to say we’re not much of a gaming family. We enjoy a game on the Wii once in a while but for the most part we spend our family time outdoors.

Video games are becoming a huge part of everyone’s life it seems. I’m so glad that it’s become a popular thing.
We are actually more of a Nintendo family, but my older boys would love to play these games along with my husband!

I’m trying to do more writing about video games. We certainly play a lot of them here. If you ever need feedback on a game let me know. I try to get a lot of them. If I don’t get them, I do talk to players all day who play other games that I don’t play. I’m glad you liked this post. DOOM does look really good.

That Star Wars game makes me want to run out and buy a PS4! Unfortunately, it is not in the budget anytime soon.
I understand the budget issue. Hopefully, you’ll be able to get one soon. I imagine their price will go down soon.
